For some time now New Hope have felt that we should endeavour to be self sufficient.

At the beginning of 2009 we looked into the possibility of opening a charity shop and so it began. A friend of ours from church had been recently made redundant and had had experience in running a shop floor before.

We approached him concerning our thoughts and he came on board with us and began searching for suitable premises. This relationship has now developed into him becoming one of our volunteers.

More recently he has been offered the job of managing our charity shop.

We are looking for good quality clothing, videos, dvd's cd's, books toys etc.

If you live locally to us and have items you wish to pass on do not hesitate to contact the office and we will endeavour to have them picked up.

The chairty shop is located in Beeston amongst an already well established parade of shops and local amenities such as a library and doctors surgery. Exciting days lie ahead.
